AFFORDING ROOTS
We have a foundational commitment to making Montessori education accessible to those in need and to bridging the growing socioeconomic gaps in our society. One way we do this is through a generous financial assistance program.
We do not want finances to be the deciding factor as to whether or not your child attends Roots. Our goal is to make our school accessible to as many children as possible and to create a school community that is diverse, inclusive and educationally enriching - as a full expression of the kingdom of God.
Roots financial assistance is a needs-based award program, based on financial information submitted to Clarity. Clarity is a 3rd party that exists to help ease access to financial assistance.

Please note: A student must complete the Admissions Process to be considered for financial assistance.
Flexible Tuition
Families may elect to apply for Flexible Tuition which will place tuition within a range based on their financial resources. To help determine the tuition a family would be asked to pay, families will need to complete the Clarity Financial Aid application. Families may choose to forgo this option and pay the full amount of tuition.
Flexible Tuition requests are reviewed only after a student has completed the application process and been offered admission at Roots. Please note that Flexible Tuition is a needs based award; therefore, not all applicants will necessarily be awarded with Flexible Tuition.

Full Day Program $14,400
Half Day Program $11,000
Middle School $15,400
*Tuition does not include aftercare charges, incidental expenses or field trips.
Financial Assistance Timelines
Current Families: For 2025/26 financial assistance consideration, your application to Clarity must be completed by January 15, 2025. Award decisions will be made and applicants notified by February 1, 2025. Applications submitted after this deadline will still be considered but there is no guarantee of funds remaining.
Incoming Families: Your application for Financial Assistance should be completed after submitting your Application for Admission. For optimal consideration, please complete your Financial Assistance application by 1/15/25.
